This innovative Organic 2°C to 8°C PCM represents a significant advancement in pharmaceutical logistics, offering unparalleled versatility and product safety.
Addressing Challenges with Innovative Solutions
Traditionally, Organic PCMs ranging from 2°C to 8°C have been integral to box and pallet shipper solutions. However, these solutions have encountered challenges, particularly regarding environmental safety, leakage and migration issues. Conventional PCM formulations often migrate through HDPE bottles and packaging foils, posing potential harm to the pharmaceuticals it needs to protect, to the environment and in rural areas where accidental ingestion is a concern.
In response to these challenges, Pluss embarked on a mission to develop a solution that not only mitigates environmental risks but also enhances operational efficiency. The result is the new savE ® FS03 & FS05 PCM, which encapsulates PCM within a specialized polymer matrix, ensuring leak-free performance and environmental safety.
